STORAGE FAQs

  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in immediately by registering at our facility during office hours. You may also reserve your unit online.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay in person, by phone, mail a check or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically drawn from a bank account or credit card.

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis with billing due on the 1st. We always collect one full month of rent and prorate the second month.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    Cash, check, Amex, VISA, MasterCard, Discover.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    No notice is needed, but you are responsible for rent for the entire month.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    You can bring your own lock or buy one from us.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

  • What are the hours of operation?

    Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Sunday: 8:00am - 3:00pm.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Space Estimator on our website or call us for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, biological contaminants, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • How do I rent a unit or contact outside normal office hours?

    You may reserve a unit online.
